Director, Marketing Analytics
As Director, Marketing Analytics you will be responsible for working cross-functionally and cross-organizationally to ensure we have end-to-end transparency in marketing performance and budget management within our B2B and DTC customers. This role will report into the VP, Marketing Operations and will be an integral member of the Genetworx team.
The Marketing team works across multiple departments within Genetworx and you will be part of a team that is relentless in our efforts to achieve our growth goals and long-term sustainability in this evolving marketplace. Responsibilities:
Tasks involved will include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and streamline reports and dashboards to provide transparency in monitoring marketing performance across both B2B and DTC verticals in order to drive business recommendations
- Building models and framing solutions that translate into actionable business recommendations
- Participate in the exploration and understanding of new measurement and analysis methodologies
- Participate in new business development activities
- Collaborate with our Business Development and Marketing gurus in order to achieve KPIs and understand the growing needs of our customers
- Lead and help grow new capabilities from an analytics / measurement perspective
- Assist in the modeling and management of new service deliverables and SOPs
- Ensure deadlines are maintained and met
- Responsible for developing, leading, and achieving departmental objectives
- Mentor team on building and maintaining measurement plans based on strategic imperatives, communications objectives and media strategies
- Provide data/research support to client/planning teams
- Maintain general knowledge of campaign performance across clients
- Generate reporting and analysis of trends and insights for internal and external dissemination
- Work independently with guidance from senior leadership to achieve overall goals and objectives
- Potential line management duties
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics, mathematics, economics, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years in an analytical role with direct experience in digital consumer marketing, e-commerce, research, and/or health and wellness
- 5+ years’ experience managing / building a team
- Experience and / or education in Pharma, healthcare, health and wellness a plus
- Ability to translate raw data into useable, action driving metrics; you will be asked to provide blinded examples
- Proven leadership ability, and strong client relationship skills
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint high efficiency)
- Knowledge of: SQL, QlikSense, Tableau, and other data/analytic technologies including Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture, WebTrends, Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques, segmentation, market research, lifetime value, ROI,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
