B2C Product Owner/Product Manager

Position Summary:

RCA is seeking an exceptional B2C Product Owner/ Product Manager to work with our cross-functional team and join our world-class community of talented experts. This role is a combination of solution management, customer success, and product operations. As a member of RCA’s product management team, the Product Owner/Product Manager will help manage internal processes and their interaction with software and tools. This role will contribute to building an overall strategy and roadmap to advance B2C capabilities and will have direct responsibility for delivery of projects. S/He will work closely with other Product Owners/Managers as well as, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Development, QA throughout the development lifecycle from concept through implementation.


Primary Responsibilities:

· Act as a liaison between stakeholders and development and QA, aligning requirements with the delivery of strategic objectives

· Facilitate meetings to gather business requirements, reporting requirements, technical requirements and system designs in order to create documents including BRDs, Technical Designs, Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs), Use Case Diagrams and Process Flows

· Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to design, build and enhance the company’s CRM, Telehealth and Billing systems

· Ability to influence and educate business constituents regarding tools best practices and key capabilities

· Manage projects by identifying key tasks and milestones, creating timelines and proactively managing various teams to meet timeline

· Resolve ambiguities and conflicting business and technical requirements

· Proactively identify issues concerning technical limitations and key product requirements

· Maintain and manage relationships with outside vendors and consultants

· Identify and design new processes; using and adapting existing processes where possible

· Ensure new processes are transitioned to appropriate owners for ongoing support

· Ensure the appropriate reporting is in place for executive management to make data driven decisions related to products, systems, and processes




Education & Experience

· Must have: 5-7 yrs. of Product Management or IT related experience

· Ability to summarize and present complex issues to a variety of audiences: technical, non-technical and Senior Management

· Strong background in business systems analysis, product management and project management throughout the product development life cycle

· Strong technical background including development, data architecture or technical product management experience

· Flexibility and adaptability to fit the needs of the project, making progress despite ambiguity

· Ability to work within existing processes, but able to understand and define where new, different or abridged processes should be used

· Ability to work across group boundaries and forge cross-functional relationships

· Ability to communicate verbally and in writing clearly and succinctly, complex design and technical issues, as well as business and product requirements

· Ability to understand and challenge technical proposals

· Ability to develop use case

· Subject matter expertise in the following areas is highly desirable: Telehealth, Salesforce CRM, Process Mapping, Data Structures, SQL, Reporting

· Must have: Experience working with cross-functional teams to design, build and support business systems

· Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred

· Experience in data analytics, reporting, and SQL

· Excellent project management, planning, and organization skills

· Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Candidate should have good analytical, problem solving skills and a desire to develop new skills

· Ability to present ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly language to end users and senior management

· Ability to exercise independent and autonomous judgment when dealing with competing priorities and initiatives, while keeping management well informed of issues, progress, status and resolution

· Responsive to customer needs and highly motivated to improve the processes of the organization. A team player outlook with the ability to work well with peers. Strong prioritization, communication and multi-tasking skills a must as the environment is fast paced and dynamic

· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization

· A self-starter who is proactive, and able to multitask in a fast pace environment
