As the Digital Marketing Manager for Online Partnerships, you will be responsible for overseeing all online third-party partnerships that drive traffic to Genetworx product landing pages, for both B2C and B2B product offerings. Reporting to the Senior Director of Consumer Marketing, this position will be responsible for driving our growth goals through our strategic affiliate partnership network.

You will be well-versed in managing affiliate marketing campaigns and have experience negotiating deals using all media buying metrics (CPM, CPC and CPA), and backing those metrics into a cost per acquisition goal.

With a strong grasp of online best practices, the Digital Marketing Manager will be able to develop and perform A/B tests, assist in the creation of new landing pages (conceptual recommendations), and make recommendations for improving funnel performance. This individual will per extensive research, analyze trends to drive actionable insights and results, and produce meaningful reports for the management team.

To be successful, you will have a minimum of 3 years of experience building, optimizing, and monitoring online marketing tactics in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Tasks involved will include, but are not limited to:

  • Launch online marketing campaigns that utilize unique tracking URLs.
  • Continually monitor campaign performance and work with marketing partners to optimize (refining targeting or repricing to level set quality).
  • Track KPIs at regular intervals and present reports
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest best practices and emerging media platforms
  • Attend marketing conferences related to Affiliate Marketing/Optimization

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer or e-commerce marketing/customer acquisition/affiliate program management.
  • Experience working in the healthcare/wellness vertical or with patient acquisition a major plus.
  • Experience managing media budgets greater than 100K per month.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include advanced excel skills, V-lookups, Pivot Tables, Dashboard software experience a plus
  • Experience with HitPath, Cake or similar tracking/attribution platforms
  • Strong data analytics experience and thorough understanding of all media buying metrics.
